What does the price include?

The prices quoted by Aldershot skips (a trading style of John Gunner & Co. Ltd.) include delivery, collection and an intial hire period of two weeks (14 days). If you require a skip for longer there is a surcharge for this service. Please call to discuss your requirements.

How quickly can a skip be delivered?

Sometimes the same day, but normally the next day if you call and order before 1pm.

How can I pay for my skip?

Aldershot skips (a trading style of John Gunner & Co. Ltd) accepts most major credit or debit cards over the phone. Payment must be made prior or on the day of deliery of the skip.

Is there anything I cannot put into my skip?

Yes. See the attached link for a list of material which are deemed to be hazardous. Therefore cannot be palced in a skip. click here

What happens to the waste once removed from my property?

All skips that we collect return to our own purpose built recycling facility. From the waste we collect we would expect to be able to recycle in excess of 90% of the material collected.

Where can I have my skip delivered?

We an place skips on your private drive with permission of the owner. It can also be placed on the road outside the property subject to obtaining a license to do so from the local council (the council does require notice).

How much waste can I put in my skip?

You must fill the skip no higher than level with the top of the sides.
